Job Description

Successful candidate will be responsible for:
Promoting the products and services of the company
Prospecting new markets and increased clientele base
Develop and maintain business relationship with corporate and individual clients
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
Planning and executing marketing strategies for identified target markets
Identifying new industry trends
Meeting marketing financial objectives
Preparation of weekly marketing call report
Assist in planning and overseeing new consultants development plan

Education/Requirements

First level University degree or equivalent; may have advanced university degree
Minimum 3 years post graduate work experience in real estate and digital marketing
Digital marketing expert
Effective written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals.
Demonstrate exemplary follow-through skills; ability to oversee, track, and complete complex projects/assignments
Must be able to leverage on all real estate and social media sites
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
