Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description / Responsibilities

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power and all maintenance projects are well-maintained;
Effective Management of the Facility with up to date software and systems;
Co-ordinate a functional work plan for routine maintenance checks;
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
Allocating and managing space between buildings;
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations on environmental, health and security standards
Advising the Company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishment;
Assist in any relocation projects as the need arises.
