Texas Longhorns quarterback Sam Ehlinger and his team appeared down and out, down 15 with about three minutes to play against the Texas Tech Red Raiders. However, the Heisman contender flipped a switch and led his team to an improbable 63-56 overtime win, throwing for five touchdowns and running for another.
