Job Summary
OLFAD GS needs a market active sales person for effective market activation. The ideal person must be vast in key areas of the real estate sector.
Job Description
- Expansion of the company’s existing areas of interest.
- Sales and market activation on core nature of business (real estate)
- Clientele relationship
- Conducting inspections & review of market analysis
- Prime use of company’s online marketing platforms
Qualifications
- BS.C in either Estate Management, Quantity Survey, another social science course.
- 2 – 3 years experience in real estate and marketing
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Exposure in the real estate sector
- Knowledge in the use of social media platforms.
- Capable of working independently
- With 20 – 30 years of age
- Resides on the island
Salary
- N50,000 – N70,000 monthly
