Back-end Developer, Golang at an ICT Company

An ICT Company is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Back-end Developer – Golang

Location: Lagos
Duration: 3 Months Contract

Description

• We are looking for a great Go developer who possesses a strong understanding of how best to leverage and exploit the language’s unique paradigms, idioms, and syntax.

Responsibilities

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient micro services distributed architecture
• Produce high quality code in an efficient manner to meet timelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Experience with CI / CD
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
