Job Title: Ticketing Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment type: Permanent / Full time
Job Responsibilities
The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identify and analyze potential business opportunities.
- Serve as liaison between customers / clients and OJAY’S TRAVEL & TOURS LTD.
- Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of existing customers and clients.
- Plan individual and teamwork schedules.
- Have a sound knowledge of the businesses’ products and services and be able to advice others about them where necessary.
- Dealing with customer complaints and comments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required
- At least 3 years cognate experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Remuneration
Negotiable.
