Job Description

• Our team requires the services of an experienced litigator to lead our litigation team. He/she must have minimum 7 years’ &  Above post-call experience with a sound understanding criminal, commercial, corporate and property laws .

Requirements

• LL.B, LLM, BL
• Strong corporate/commercial law skills
• Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and CAC services
• Well versed in property law in Lagos State and other key states in Nigeria
• Experienced civil litigator
• Conversant with criminal litigation
• Skilled in arbitration
• Extremely detail oriented
• Team player
• Ability to work independently and supervise a team
• Ability to give daily reports via an App
