We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Provide advisory services to all employees on policies, procedures and HR related enquiries
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Developing job description, sourcing for candidates using various mediums, and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
