We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Provide advisory services to all employees on policies, procedures and HR related enquiries
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Developing job description, sourcing for candidates using various mediums, and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc with 3-5 years work experience.
