Timberwolves unveil ‘North Star’ 2020-21 city edition uniform
The Minnesota Timberwolves released their 2020-21 city edition uniform Thursday.
The Timberwolves’ fourth city edition uniform gives a nod to one of Minnesota’s nicknames “The North Star State.” The threads are midnight black and feature aurora green trim, paying homage to the iconic Aurora Borealis visible in the northern skies of Minnesota.

“The Timberwolves organization recognizes our influential platform as a guiding light for our communities, both on and off the court,” Timberwolves and Lynx CEO Ethan Casson said in a statement. “The North Star City Edition uniform highlights and commemorates the North Star as an inspiring and unifying symbol of Minnesota.”
