PHOENIX SUNS ANNOUNCE 2020-21 BROADCAST SCHEDULE

PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns announced today the first half of the 2020-21 broadcast schedule, which will feature coverage for the team’s four preseason games, 34 regular season games and a preseason feature “We Are The Valley: 2020-21 Phoenix Suns Tip-Off Special” all on the team’s exclusive local television station FOX Sports Arizona and FOX Sports Arizona Plus, continuing the long-standing partnership that began with the 2003-04 season.  The Suns will also play 13 nationally broadcast games aired on ESPN (5,) TNT (4) and NBA TV (4.). All ESPN and NBA TV games, and the team’s TNT game on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (1/18) will also be televised on FOX Sports Arizona or FOX Sports Arizona Plus. The Suns will open their season at home with the Fry’s Food Stores Tip-Off on Dec. 23 against the Dallas Mavericks on FOX Sports Arizona and ESPN at 8:30 p.m. MST. FOX Sports Arizona will begin their broadcast coverage this season with a preseason road matchup against the Utah Jazz on Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. MST. In anticipation for the beginning of the regular season, FOX Sports Arizona will air “We Are The Valley: 2020-21 Phoenix Suns Tip-Off Special” Friday, Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m. prior to the final Suns preseason game that will highlight the team’s success from the NBA Restart, key offseason acquisitions and roster development heading into the upcoming season.

FOX Sports Arizona broadcasts will be called by play-by-play announcer Kevin Ray, who will team up with long-time color analysts Eddie Johnson and Ann Meyers Drysdale while Tom Chambers and Tom Leander will present “Suns Live!” pregame, halftime and postgame shows.

The “Voice of the Suns” Al McCoy will call his 49th season of play-by-play action for all home games with Jon Bloom calling road games all on the team’s flagship radio home, 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station, with Tim Kempton providing analysis.  98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station has been the Suns’ flagship radio station for all 52 seasons of Suns basketball.  The following games will air on the station’s AM dial, ESPN Phoenix 620: Kings (12/26), Clippers (1/3), Pistons (1/8), Wizards (1/11) and Grizzlies (1/18.)

KSUN-La Mujer Radio on 1400AM and 106.5FM will return as the Spanish Radio Broadcast partner of the Phoenix Suns, where Arturo Ochoa will handle the play-by-play and Juan Urresti will serve as color commentator for every Suns regular season game in Spanish.

Suns games broadcast on FOX Sports Arizona and FOX Sports Arizona Plus will also be streamed live on the free FOX Sports GO app, which can be accessed through the Official Suns Mobile App.  FOX Sports GO is currently available on mobile and tablet devices, including iOS and Android as well as foxsportsgo.com. FOX Sports GO is also available on connected devices including, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Roku Players and Roku TV, and Xbox One. Fans can download the app for free from the iTunes App Store, Google Play, Amazon App Store, Roku App Store, XBOX One App and Windows App Store.
