Job Description

Cloudview Technology is seeking a talented AD Sales / AD Operations Manager as a crucial member of its team. The Manager’s main responsibility is to manage all ad campaign performance to ensure successful delivery of its browser development programs.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee team of digital ad operations specialists to ensure ads sales optimisation across all campaigns on the phoenix browser
Partner with strategy & sales team and other stakeholders to manage and optimize performance throughout a campaign’s flight
Review, troubleshoot advertising creatives to adhere to Ad Specifications
Resolve third party discrepancies and other issues
Responsible for ad hoc campaignreporting as well as day to day monitoring of all campaigns
Support vendor relationships by managing ad ops related tasks

Job Requirements
Qualification, Experience & Required Skills:

At least 3-5 years ads industry experience
Degree in Marketing or related field
Strong understanding of digital advertising: website and email display advertising, social media, etc
Experience with video ad serving technologies
Experience in programmatic or auction-based media

Desired Skills & Experience

Ability to juggle multiple projects taking in data from multiple sources and follow through on deliverables
Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Proven self-starter, with ability to drive initiatives and end goals
Strong team player, with ability to work cross-functionally
Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced operation on the advertising and revenue side of our business
