We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Clerk
Location: Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of a neat orderly field office
- Provide Support for Project Implementation team
- Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation on a daily basis.
- Provide logistical support for Project Board meetings, workshops, and other meetings
- Support the project manager in administrative tasks related to routine implementation
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a neat and efficient filing system
- Constant monitoring of office machineries & heavy equipment and taking records of daily fuel consumption.
- In the absence of the Project Engineer, the Project Clerk shall inventory all deliveries to assure that they conform to orders placed and that the quantities and prices charged
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the project manager and other supervisors.
- Organize office activities and type all field correspondences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
