Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Leading and managing several company products from inception to the phase-out in order to create customer value and deliver measurable business benefits;
Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers;
Managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning & implementation, social media management, public relations activities to showcase and position company efficiently;
Implementing creative and effective strategies to generate quality sales leads, project and maintain good image of the company in her operating sphere while maintaining good working relationship with all clients/Business contacts.
Owning the full development of products which impact revenue by helping our respective teams exceed client’s expectations, by working with all stakeholders;
Efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams in order to build product(s) that fulfils its vision and turn it into business success;
Identify and stay abreast of key industry trends while making and recommending corresponding adjustments to existing strategies for cutting edge service delivery;
Overseeing the development of marketing literature;
Prepare periodic reports and feedbacks for strategic decision-making;
Plan and prepare presentations/ demos of all applications;
Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
Build and manage clientinformation;
Other assigned duties for business growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Minimum of a First Degree + Industry-related experience;
3-5 years related work experience;
Technical background & experience in Software Development company;
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products;
Solid experience with CRM software & MS Office;
Ability to create brilliant and sharp strategies to generate leads;
Social media savvy and an organized approach to work;
Ability to quickly grasp technology service solutions;
Able to positively reflect the image of the company
Strong interpersonal skills;
A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
The ability to generate ideas, prioritize and manage several tasks successfully;
