FOX Sports Tennessee’s coverage of Nashville Predators’ 2020-21 Season begins January 14

NASHVILLE – FOX Sports Tennessee, the exclusive regional broadcaster of the Nashville Predators, will televise 53 of 56 Predators games for the 2020-21 NHL season. The telecasts will be anchored by the network’s flagship pre- and postgame show, Predators LIVE, delivering expert analysis before and after each game.

The Predators will open the season on FOX Sports Tennessee on Thursday, January 14, versus the Columbus Blue Jackets, starting with a special one-hour edition of Predators LIVE at 6 p.m. CT. As part of the pregame show, the Predators, FOX Sports Tennessee, and WZTV FOX 17 News will collaborate to recognize the heroic efforts of first responders from last month’s bombing in downtown Nashville, as well as drive broader awareness for the Nashville Neighbors Fund and Community Resource Center. 

Predators games on FOX Sports Tennessee will be widely available across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi through cable, satellite and over-the-top providers, including AT&T TV, AT&T TV Now, DirecTV, Spectrum and Xfinity. The network’s complete and real-time schedule can be found here with local channel listings here. FOX Sports Tennessee’s broadcast team will continue to deliver in-depth Predators coverage, with Willy Daunic returning for his sixth season as play-by-play announcer and analyst Chris Mason back for his fourth. In-game reporter Kara Hammer will also return for her fourth season covering the team.

Predators LIVE host Lyndsay Rowley will return for her sixth season with studio analyst Terry Crisp entering his 23rd season as a Predators broadcaster. 

Predators telecasts during the 2020-21 NHL season will require FOX Sports Tennessee to follow strict COVID-19 health and safety protocols as mandated by the NHL. Predators home games will be produced on-location from Bridgestone Arena with a limited crew of only essential production personnel. Predators away game telecasts will also be produced from Bridgestone Arena using multiple camera feeds and natural game-sound sourced from the home team’s local telecast. FOX Sports Tennessee broadcasters and production crew will not travel for any Predators away game telecasts this season.

The NHL regular season is scheduled to continue through May 8 with a 16-team Stanley Cup playoff to follow.
