- General Counsel
- Providing legal advice on compliance and enforcement activities
- Board Relationship: Board meetings and correspondences
Qualifications
- Candidates for the position should have a First degree in Law with a minimum of Second Upper Class Honours and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in the general counsel and/or company Secretary role in industry; and professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Administration (ICSA) or similar body will be an added advantage.
