Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Job Duties

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as needed
• Collate monthly bills from all building tenants
• Supervise maintenance technicians

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc in any relevant course
• 1-3 years prior experience in a similar role
• Close proximity to festac-amuwo Odofin axis
