Barry has worked in the NFL for 19 seasons, including two stints as a defensive coordinator with the Detroit Lions (2007-08) and Washington (2015-16). During Barry’s time with those teams, they ranked top five in the NFL in forced fumbles in all four of those years and in 2007 and 2015 Barry’s defenses were in the top 10 in takeaways.
Barry was most recently with the Los Angeles Rams from 2017-20 as their assistant head coach/linebackers coach. In those four seasons with Los Angeles, the Rams’ defense ranked second in the NFL in sacks (192.0), tied for No. 2 in takeaways (104) and interceptions (63).
Drayton was the Packers’ assistant special teams coach for the past three seasons. He was the assistant head coach/defensive coordinator/cornerbacks coach at The Citadel from 2014-15, which is where he played college football.
