Assistant Manager, Telesales at Ralds and Agate

Ralds and Agate – Our client is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking to urgently employ the services of an experienced individual who would be responsible for soliciting sales over the phone; contacting potential customers and documenting customer information, purchases and reactions.

The Profile

First degree from any tertiary institution.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years work experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
Proven track record achieving sales target.
Ability to effectively communicate and engage customers in conversations that open opportunities, follow up on leads and generate sales.
Very good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Demonstrated experience resolving issues, addressing customer complaints, negotiating and closing deals.
