Wild ramp up scoring in three-game win streak
Minnesota Wild (⬆️ UP)
Three straight wins for the Wild! Minnesota won by at least two goals in all of its victories and scored a season-high in goals in its 6-2 win over the San Jose Sharks on Monday.

Royce Lewis, Twins shortstop prospect (⬇️ DOWN)
The 2017 No. 1 overall pick suffered a torn ACL and will not play during the 2021 season. At age 21, he still has plenty of time to get to the big leagues, but nobody ever wants to miss an entire season, especially after no minor league season in 2020. Hopefully this injury is just a minor bump in the road in Lewis’ career.
Minnesota Timberwolves (↔️ EVEN)
The Chris Finch era is underway, and while it did not get off to a great start, there is at least hope for the future. Good luck in Minnesota coach Finch.
Gopher men’s basketball (⬇️ DOWN)
Wait, the Gophers are on the bubble now? Minnesota (13-10) lost to Indiana and Illinois in the past week and are far from a lock for the big dance. To make matters worse, the Gophers have not won a single road game all season. The Gophers have road games against sub-.500 Nebraska and Penn State coming up and they will probably need to win those games to return to the tournament
Minnesota Twins (⬆️ UP)
Hey! Pitchers and catchers have returned to spring training! Baseball is almost back and the Twins have a chance to win their third straight AL Central championship. Thankfully this season it looks like Minnesota and the rest of MLB will play a full season.
Anthony Edwards, Timberwolves guard (⬆️ UP)
Yes, Edwards still has some poor shooting nights, but his thunderous dunk on Friday against the Toronto Raptors was something special.
