Job Objectives

Support Business Team to drive Micro-insurance Top-line budget and grow our market share in the Corporate and retail market.
The main focus of this position is to ensure Development of Micro-insurance General Business and Life Insurance within Low Income earner, Micro and small Business Enterprises,
Develop business opportunity through strategic partnership with MFB, MFI, Fin Tech, Cooperative Societies, Community Base Association and other Channels and institutions that are involved in development of people at the Bottom of the Pyramid.
You will be directly involved in sales and also co-ordinate sales activities through established Partner Agents or Direct Agents and support their activities in order to derive optimal value for the organisation.
You will also be creative in delivering low valued and low premium Micro-insurance products that can add value to different strata of the market,
Ensure delivery of effective and efficient service to customers, proper management of customer’s relationship for the growth of our clientele base and overall profitability of the business.
