Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Executive

Locations: Lagos & Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
Interested applicant must be highly skilled in:

• Recruitment and selection of excellent staffs,
• Training, mentoring, counsel ling, and coaching of staffs.
• Using professional skill to mediate and resolve conflicts.
• Developing and driving various policies to enhance staff performance and ensure teamwork are optimized.
• Carrying out staff performance measurement using various tools.
• Creating clear and concise reports to management at all time.
• Resolving conflicts through position and professional mediation.
• Handling workplace Investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Sound professional skill in Microsoft office such as words and Excel.

Qualifications
Interested applicant must be:

• A HND / BSc holder in Human Resource Management MSc/MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• And must be computer literate with excellent HR skills.

Experience:

• 3- 5 years Experience as a Human Resource Executive.

Salary Range
N580,000 – N600,000 per annum.
