The Minnesota Vikings acquired center Mason Cole from Arizona on Friday in exchange for a sixth-round pick in the 2021 draft.

Cole, a third-round pick out of Michigan by the Cardinals in 2018, has played in 46 games for Arizona with 32 starts, including 14 in 2020.
He’s expected to play guard for the Vikings.
Last season, Cole committed five penalties – four of those false starts – and allowed 1.5 sacks. He’s given up 3.5 sacks in his three seasons.
The pick Minnesota surrendered is the No. 223 overall selection, which was recently awarded to the Vikings as a compensatory pick.
The completion of the trade is pending the passing of a physical exam.
