Houser dominates in Brewers 4-0 win over Texas

The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Texas Rangers 4-0 on Monday thanks to starting pitcher Adrian Houser.

The Brewers’ starter recorded two hits, one walk and six strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings of work.

Milwaukee got on the board early with an RBI groundout by Omar Narvaez in the second inning and an RBI single from Keston Hiura in the third.

Orlando Arcia made it 4-0 with an RBI double in the sixth frame.

Josh Hader, Devin Williams and J.P. Feyereisen each pitched scoreless innings in the seventh, eighth and ninth innings, respectively. They all threw three strikeouts in their appearances.

The Brewers are back in action on Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. against the Rangers at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. That game will be shown on FOX Sports Wisconsin.
