Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description / Duties

  • An experienced Admin Officer is needed in a reputable firm.
  • Ensures the smooth running of the company on a day-to-day basis.
  • Oversees the operations of all departments and employees in the company and ensures that every employee performs in line with the company’s expectations.
  • Ensures customers are attended to, must solve customers’ complaints; ensures the company operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Schedules maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities when needed.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Ensures invoice numbers are recorded and payments made in due time.
  • Generally takes responsibility for the company’s affairs.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Job Specifications

  • HND or B.Sc in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in an administrative/operations role
  • High level of professionalism, Organizational and coordination skills
  • Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools especially Word and Excel.
  • Leading and supervising skills, Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope with pressures.
  • Must reside in Lagos Island/Lekki/Ajah axis
