Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description / Duties
- An experienced Admin Officer is needed in a reputable firm.
- Ensures the smooth running of the company on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversees the operations of all departments and employees in the company and ensures that every employee performs in line with the company’s expectations.
- Ensures customers are attended to, must solve customers’ complaints; ensures the company operates at maximum efficiency.
- Schedules maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities when needed.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Ensures invoice numbers are recorded and payments made in due time.
- Generally takes responsibility for the company’s affairs.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Job Specifications
- HND or B.Sc in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in an administrative/operations role
- High level of professionalism, Organizational and coordination skills
- Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools especially Word and Excel.
- Leading and supervising skills, Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope with pressures.
- Must reside in Lagos Island/Lekki/Ajah axis
