Job Title: Team Lead, Investment and Liability Generation
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships and develop referrals from the current client base post-appointment.
- Manage self and team sales planning to foster sales and attain financial results.
- Foster team communication to ensure investment-related accountabilities completion daily.
- Coordinate your team to identify business opportunities and secure investment into the organization (especially monthly deposit of Ten million naira per team member)
- Providing coaching to team members on research techniques and telephone skills
- Portfolio management and customer retention.
- Moving leads from unqualified to qualified stage
- Performing research and intelligence gathering on prospects
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualifications.
