Job Description / Responsibilities
- Serve as a culture builder and transformative leader
- Provide leadership, thought partnership and tactical support to the People, Organizational Effectiveness and Finance teams ensuring that all organizational systems, policies and practices reflect core values
- Coordinate and ensure strong execution across the Leadership Team in accordance with the strategic plan and drive strong cross-team systems
- Oversee financial strategy, supporting the Finance team in the development of financial models, budgets, and analyses; leverage data to drive key operational decisions
- Ensure the design and implementation of a long-range strategy in order to maintain financial health and create sustainability in a time of growth and scaling
- Oversee annual budgeting and audit; manage/mitigate the organizations legal risk and govern all compliance related issues; ensures budgets and financial allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities
- Develop and strengthen financial expertise in team members and build systems across teams; strengthen financial skills of team members to maximize resources for impact
- Drives contingency planning, ensuring organization can manage unexpected financial situations, market shifts and periods of both growth and contraction
- Engages directly with Board to ensure financial transparency and to communicate key financial goals and priorities
- Defines key financial metrics aligned with performance measurement system and works with People team to design and maintain sustainable compensation and benefits structure
- Establish operational benchmarks and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively driving improvements as necessary; work in concert with Organizational Effectiveness team to set standards of accountability and clearly defined measurements of success.
- Effectively align systems and structures across teams and functions to maximize impact

- Serve as chief external spokesperson and public champion for the business
- Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network by authentic engagement to galvanize the company to create & drive solutions to core business challenges.
- Serves as a telehealth liaison for internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and promote growth of new telehealthservices.
- Serves in the role of Project Manager as the leader of cross-departmental teams to create, launch, oversee and deliver new telehealthservices.
- Sets measurable departmental goals and objectives for existing and new telehealth programs, tracks metrics and achievements on the departmental and administrative.
- Manages the entire end-to-end process for coordinating, tracking and reporting telehealth products regarding cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Prepares and submits monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including reconciliation of reports from multiple vendors
- Designs and implements PI strategies and reports PI
- Facilitates the onboarding, education, and training of providers to various telehealthplatforms.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of all telehealth platforms, including development and revision and communication of policies and procedures.
- Researches and develops new strategies and opportunities for alternative funding through grants and completes grant applications.
- Lead, coordinate, assist in development and implement the Network’s telehealth strategy.
- Continuously develop the telehealth strategy to achieve Network goals. Stay current with the rapidly evolving field of new information technologies and recognize how they can be applied to achieve the Network’s strategy in innovative ways.
- Lead cross functional working groups, including physicians, medical laboratory scientists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, radiographers and leaders from key areas, to evaluate concepts and solutions for patient care using telemedicine.
- In conjunction with the IT department and other stakeholders, identify, evaluate, select, and implement new technologies and capabilities that integrate into existing infrastructure and are in line with the strategy to further enable the virtualization of medical care where it makes clinical and economic sense.
- Stay current with the National and State regulatory environment being developed to support and/or limit the ability of providers to use telemedicine capabilities.
- Assist in development and deployment of marketing strategies and facilitate outreach to secure incremental patient and employer utilization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership on strategy, new initiatives, and progress to plan.
- Demonstrates Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate: Outcomes,
- Customer/Service Improvement, Operational System/Process, and Safety.
- Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes, and practices.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Digital Health Technology or related courses.
- MBA and/or relevant Master’s Degree desired
- Deep knowledge of strategic finance with experience managing growing organizations
- Not more than 45 years of age.
- 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of senior management experience in a high-performing organization;
- Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding organizational targets, achieving ambitious goals, and driving significant impact
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, with a keen sense for getting to an enduring result and through a process that strengthens trust and organizational relationships
- Proven ability to leverage financial and operational metrics to drive organizational decisions and achieve strategic objectives.
- The desire and ability to work collaboratively and virtually with staff members across teams
- Experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with venture or other funding
- Experience of working as a COO/GM or other relevant position.
- Proven track record of building successful products and high caliber teams from the ground up, ideally in current role
- Prior working experience in developing digital products and solutions or experience in digital transformation projects with a traditional company/industry
- Relevant industry experience within healthcare
- Experience in managing team and reporting to Founder and Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders to keep regular updates on business performance and progress
- Profound experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Good experience with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles.
