Job Description
We seek to engage the services of:

Senior Analyst (NEX-SA-002) who will be responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling, and delivery of solutions on behalf of the company to meet clients’ expectations.

The role will include:

Developing proof-of-concept, business plans, and financial models
Evaluating existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement where necessary
Managing and mentoring the team of Analysts assigned to projects
Guiding research and analysis
Ensuring execution of assigned projects within the specified time, scope, and budget
Managing existing clients and building relationships with new clients

Qualifications & Experience

A First Degree from a recognized university
Postgraduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc, etc.) will be an added advantage
Project management certification will be a plus
Minimum of 5 years practical experience in management consulting is compulsory
Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
Proven ability to develop deep client network and relationships
Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities.
