Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

Oversee all aspects of the production of baby care product business of the Company including strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansion in Nigeria
Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results – both top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) lines
Develop systems, policies and procedures to enhance productivity, cost effectiveness and efficiency
Manage various departments such as R&D / Product Development, Production and Logistics as well as Sales and Marketing
Good understanding of the industry practice in terms of product certifications, imports and exports, tariffs and taxes

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing and related disciplines
6 – 8 years of relevant working experiences within the Beauty FMCG (cosmetics and Baby care) industry
Experience in Baby care products is a must.
Preferably with a track record of developing new markets and building up a brand from scratch
Strong business acumen
Mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skill
