Crisppearl Limited – Our client, a leading Hair and Beauty Care Product Manufacturing Company is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior HR Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- B.Sc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related field
- MBA / M.Sc will be an added advantage
- CIPM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, or any other recognized HR Certification is required.
- Minimum of 3years of HR generalist experience
- Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
- Excellent People and Communication skills.
- Candidate must reside near LASU/Igando axis.
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3years.
- Must have a 6months operational plan for running the HR operations.
