Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective
- To procure materials and supply for use on Project Site
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that materials needed on site are readily available as at when needed.
- Plan and strategize for supplies that will be needed for projects.
- Must work with project engineers on their request of supplies.
- Manage and prepare LPOs and payment for suppliers.
- Negotiate prices on behalf of the company with the suppliers.
- Forecast upcoming demand for projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND qualification.
- Must have worked in real estate for a minimum of 3 years.
- Vast Knowledge in real estate
- Has a structured pre-existing relationship with suppliers for construction materials.
- Candidates must reside within the Lekki/Ajah/Sangotedo axis to enable easy mobility to site.

- Willing to learn and proactive.
