Job Description

Our client, a packaged water production company located in Lagos is in need of a Production Manager to manage the operations and day-to-day activitiesof the business.

Responsibilities

Responsible for production goals.
Responsible for product quality control.
Direct and coordinateoperations within company policy and guidelines.
Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
Select and train plant staff.
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
Ensure maintenance of the clean and safe plant.
Communicate with all levels of personnel with strong interpersonal skills.
Attend corporate training and meetings.
