Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure set service metric standards and targets are met to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimise spare usage in order to provide a high level of service to customers’ machines in a cost effective manner
- Escalate immediately any issues from internal or external customers that may create dissatisfaction and revenue loss.
- Exhibit proactive approach in attending to customer needs and problems.
- perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customers’ machines and do necessary documentation.
- Install machines and carry out key operator training.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Electronics, Physics and Electronics
- Good computer skills and good interpersonal skills.
