Saro Lifecare, a division of Saro Africa International operates in the Personal & Household Products Segment of the FMCG Industry in Nigeria, and is expanding its products range and manufacturing operations.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hypermarket Merchandizer
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Benin – Edo & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Ensure that stocks are available in respective stores and are properly shelved at eye level with the right types and quantities of products
- Display, arrange, price, and orientate products in store
- Monitor store inventory based on sales and offtake
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers
- Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
- Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
Qualifications
- OND / NCE qualification
- 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Strong negotiation Skills
- Excellent commercial acumen.
