Ralds & Agate – Our client, a provider of IT solutions, Integrations and Outsourcing Services, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objectives

• Manage & train the technical support/IT team.
• Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in.
• Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.
• Manage technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects.
• Ensure delivery of products & Services to clients.
• Oversee user testing and report results adjust requirements as needed.

The Profile

• First Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in IT Solutions Design.
• Certifications in CCNC, MCITP and other required software and programming languages.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication (Oral and Written) Skills.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of different operating system, Microsoft Windows and Linux is a must.
• Experience in Networking & Software Development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentation is a must.
