Job Description

• We are seeking to fill the role of a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate the activities of the sales & marketing team.
• The role holder is responsible for designing and managing the implementation of the strategic sales and marketing framework for the company.
• This will include marketing framework formulation & implementation, sales team coordination, growth strategies development, overseeing sales distribution channels, coordinating sales promotional activities, among others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
• Develop and manage approved sales operating budgets.
• Coordinate with the Sales/ Marketing Team to oversee promotional activities including print, online, new media, et al.
• Keep up-to-date with industry latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional & sales opportunities.
• Maintain research database on competitive products.
• Research and report on potential strategic relationships
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Oversee the evaluation of market research and implementation of approved adjustment to sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Coordinate the Sales/ Marketing Team to establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Person Specification

• Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in Sales/ Marketing preferably within the real estate sector.
• First Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field from a recognised institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage.
