Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Set-up,direct and oversee all aspect of finance and accounting in Gtext Global
• Drive the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts/budgets
• Produce accurate financial reports and develop strategies based on thorough financial research
• Develop strategies to improve cash-flow and avoid financial distress
• Provide healthy financial support and guidance for making short, mid, and long term decisions
• Provide financial advisory services like highlighting key investment indicators to relevant stakeholders across all branches and subsidiaries
• Champion capital raising initiatives and identify relevant investment opportunities, valuation and modeling of prospective ROI in alignment with the organizational goals.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field from an accredited University.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of related Experience.

Possession of a certification from any of this institution:

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
• Institute of Management Accountant
• Financial Management Association
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountant.
