Job Description

We are looking to hire a talented Social Media Executive to administer our social media accounts.
You will be responsible for managing our company image to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
Collaborate with other units/department to ensure brand consistency.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily or as required (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Performing research on current benchmarks trends and audience preference
Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years work experience.
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Adapt with design and marketing tools
Enjoy presenting digital and social campaign execution and results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to generate leads via communication.
Proficient with graphics designing & Canva will be an added advantage.
