Job Brief

As part of the final selection process, you will be working with the job description below, to shortlist a Growth and Impact Executive for an HR Consulting firm.

As part of the job specification, the said individual should possess the following:

Work with the team to identify opportunities that will impact Organizational result.
Develop innovative and strategic approach to driving new business relationships.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales plan which will lead to increase in customer acquisition.
Ensure positive and long lasting relationship with existing clients.
Consistently seek out new opportunities through cold calling, social media, referrals and networking.
Track Sales data to ensure the organization meets its sale target.
Articulate and communicate the Sales vision to every member of the team.
