Lead Express Courier Services Limited, a customer-focused delivery and courier services provider is looking for an Operations Manager to help in planning, directing, and coordinating the logistics and courier functions of the company including business development and customer service management.

Rsesponsibilities

• Responsible for business development and growth
• Customer service management
• Coordinate and monitor courier and logistics operations
• Utilize technology to optimise courier and logistics operations and procedures
• Recruit, coordinate and utilise logistics and courier staff according to availabilities and requirements
• Communicate with customers. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree / HND qualification
• Location: Ajah/Lekki Axis
• Experience : 1 to 3 years relevant experience
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Integrity

Salary:
N70,000 – N150,000 monthly
