We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Technical Services
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Overseeing maintenance, inspection and system upgrade programmes.
- Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management. Manage and organize facility staff activities
- Lease/Facility Management
- Carry out regular verification exercises.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for routine electrical and mechanical work orders as well as preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
- Investigate complaints about services and equipment and take corrective action.
- Carry out regular inspection and evaluation of the facilities to ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Facility Management reports
- Track and report critical Real Estate and Facilities matters to the director.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years experience
Competencies:
- Broad knowledge in the power distribution network
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge in facility management.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of electronic engineering codes.
