Legal/HR Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research for pending dossiers or in connection with new regulatory provisions.
Review employee contract
Manage office supplies stock and placing orders
Prepare regular financial and administrative reports
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Process employee data, and update company policies
Assist with assigned projects

Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in HR/Admin duties
Minimum of a bachelor degree in Law
Must have completed the one-year National Youth Service Program
Good computer literacy
High personal integrity, morality and prudence.
High motivation and ability to perform tasks without supervision.
Good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
Good written and spoken English

Firefighter

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

The major goal is to prevent fire in the building by adhering to preventives.
To respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials, urban rescue and other calls to protect life and property; to participate in fire prevention and training; and to maintain the fire station and firefighting equipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or relevant qualification.
Certification as emergency medical technicians (EMT) is favored
A minimum of 3 years full-time firefighting experience is required

Job Description

Receive invoice and PO from Suppliers/Contractors
Make sure the invoice carries the PO’s (All invoices and POs with Job order should be stamped by the account dept) for proper follow up
Post of salary payable to KPI
Monthly bank account reconciliation
Calculation of Suppliers Withholding Tax and remittance
Monthly VAT Nil return filling
Maintain the Company’s Account Details
Management Account Report (Monthly).
Prepare Memo and initiate Payment
Provide evidence of payments to Suppliers/Contractors
Petty cash requisition and payment
