We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Platform Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Platform Update: Ensure daily checks and updates of Ciska store/express products.
Monitor availability of new orders and order status.
Manage deliveries: Manage order package, deliveries and returns
Be abreast of all Buyers/Vendors Concerns: Act as a liaison between vendors/buyers and the company.
Monitor and engage vendors who do not have any activity in their store within a given frame of time e.g 7days.
Listen and show empathy to buyers/vendors, aim to get to the heart of every need.
Escalate customers’ complaints to appropriate desks for a quick resolution.
Gather general feedback from buyers/vendors in order to help build a better product or develop a new service.
Investigate Problems: Confirm the root cause of the issues.
Come up with a corrective plan and suggest preventive measures against possible future occurrence
Vendor Enrolment: Handle easy enrolment of vendors

Requirements

HND or BSc Degree in any discipline
At least 2 years of experience in the E-commerce industry.
Analytical problem solving
Smart and quick thinker
Tech, Internet and Social media savvy (Key)
Good interpersonal relationship
Fluent in English with good writing and speaking communication
A responsible team player with leadership skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel sheet and Graphic Designs ( added advantage)
Effective communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
