We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Assistant (NYSC)
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Qualifications
- Degree in Administration, Event Management, Communication or Human Resouces would be a definite plus
- A first successful experience (internship) in a similar role
- Knowledge of the local life and administration matters will be a plus
- Dynamic and outgoing personality to interface with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, reliable, autonomous and self-driven
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
