Job Description
- E- Brand Development and Sales Executive must have strong marketing, sales, and talented social media manager to work on our company in social media presence for our brand’s enhancement.
- The candidate will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.
- The candidate should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
- You are to prepare in-house graphic designers and software programmers to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content for our website.
- The ideal candidate should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing and sales experience. Ultimately, a top-notch social media manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.
- Location: Any location within and outside Nigeria where SCSP has project.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Possess a B.Sc in relevant fields
- Running company social media advertising campaigns.
- Formulating high-quality novel was written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Monitoring customer service provided via social media.
- Installing and maintaining data collation software.
- Performing regular data integrity and quality audits.
- Extracting and validating data from hardcopy and other digital sources.
- Importing and transferring data to a secure central database.
- Creating and submitting data collation reports.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Supporting in content development and content management.
- Prepare graphic designs and visual designs.
- Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to website specifications.
- Prepare creativity for digital images, graphics, videos, and animations.
- Creating original artwork for digital image processing.
- Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
- Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.
- Performing media edits bases on user feedback.
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
- Client relationship management and sales follow-up.
- Sales potentials development and tracking sales potentials in CRM.
- Client visitations and bid defense.
- Any other assigned tasks by the Management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales analysis.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Good communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of web publishing software.
- In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as In-Vision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL / Webforms, WordPress, and experience in coding.
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.
- In-depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems.
- Ability to work with Zoho cloud for client management, finance, procurement, campaigns, human resources, and communications.
- Ability to manage Google Cloud services for business purposes.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in E-Business Development.
Competencies:
- Active use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Ability to communicate at top-level with professional organizations.
- Good skills in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator and business relationship builder.
- Open-minded person, team player.
- Ability to deal with pressure.
Travel Time:
- The job requires 50% travel time from the job holder.
Language:
- Proficiency in English Language (Written & Spoken) is a must.
- Knowledge of one or more international languages is added advantage.
- The Ability to speak other local Nigerian languages is a plus.
