Job Summary

  • As the Sales Enablement Senior Manager, your responsibility will be creating programs, sales collaterals, training and learning materials to help support AZA’s Sales and Account Management teams to drive growth and success.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Leadership, Sales Team, Account Management Team, Product Team and Marketing team to identify strategies and collaterals needed to help support the teams and meet AZA’s strategic goals.
  • You will be responsible for new sales team members onboarding and own the sales onboarding program for them to ensure an efficient start to their AZA careers.
  • You will also be responsible for the continuous growth of the skills within the Sales Organization, coaching them on a regular basis and ensuring they have the right skills to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
In the role, you will:

  • Work with Revenue Division leadership to develop an enablement program to help achieve AZA’s strategic goals
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Create effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Implement and maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need
  • Display a high level of emotional intelligence and step into a leadership role when required

Requirements

  • Ambitious and passionate professional with a minimum of 8 years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to understand and help promote customer-centric vision at AZA Finance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications (written and oral), public speaking, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
