Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the daily activities of the back-end office (staff affairs, business development/expansion, recruitment marketing strategies).
  • Prepares payroll for the organization.
  • Prepare monthly financial report for the organization.
  • Interfaces with vendors and third-party suppliers.
  • Responds to enquiries on behalf of the company.
  • Handles phone calls for the company.
  • Manage the company’s e-mail, website and social media.
  • Interfaces with our bankers (lodgment of cash, checks and bank drafts etc.).
  • Responsible for payment of tax, levies and utility bills.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications

  • A B.Sc holder with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Strong Customer Service knowledge.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Requirements

  • Male Admin Manager.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Extensive ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • General bookkeeping and business finance knowledge.
  • Excellent writing, copywriting and editing (photo and video) skills.
  • Advanced attention to detail.
  • Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.

Salary
N100,000 monthly
