Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The real estate sales executives will generally oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.
Responsibilities
- To broker property deals between sellers and buyers.
- To oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- To facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- To meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- To communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- To oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
- To coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 – 4 years work experience.
