• To partner with the business to ensure operational effectiveness and optimal management of the human capital in the business within Nigeria.
• Delivery and overall compliance, and provide functional leadership to the international HR community.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Higher Diploma in HR Management/Relevant Degree
• Minimum Experience: 7-10 years generalist experience covering the broad area of the job, preferably in a service related or FMCG environment.
