We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounting Intern

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Internship

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

Daily Reconciliation
Payments to vendors and merchants
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team (e.g., filing, generating reports)
Assisting in the collection and preparation of monthly financial reports
Maintaining journal and general ledger entries
Using accounting software when performing accounting duties such as generating financial reports
Petty Cash Management
Ensuring completion of assigned tasks as per the timeline provided
Preparing and verifying expense reports and statements
Any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of OND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
1-year prior experience as an accounts intern
Experience with accounting software and online platform
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Superb time management
Ability to keep company and partner confidences
Detail oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and analytic skills.
Must be tech savvy
