Job Title: Partner Relationship Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
• Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
• Identify potential opportunities and inform the Marketing team to follow up.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
• Oversee customer relationship management system.
• Work collectively with the Procurement/logistics team to ensure that client’s request are met.

Job Requirements

• Applicant should possess B.Sc in Admin, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration.
• Must have minimum of 2 years experience.
• Should be Innovative
• Candidates should reside around Yaba, Surulere, Ebutte Meta and its environs.
• A female will be prefarable.
